1. Our Commitment

Zelfium Inc. ("Zelfium") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that personality insights should be available to everyone, regardless of ability or circumstance.

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us — not a one-time project. We continuously review and improve our platform to ensure the widest possible audience can use Zelfium with ease.

2. Current Accessibility Status

Conformance level: Partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Accessible Features

The following accessibility features are currently implemented across the Zelfium platform:

  • Semantic HTML structure throughout all pages
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements (buttons, links, form controls, menus)
  • Color contrast ratios meeting AA standards (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Screen reader compatible navigation and content
  • Responsive design for various screen sizes and zoom levels
  • Dark mode support for visual comfort
  • Skip navigation links for efficient keyboard browsing
  • Alt text on all meaningful images

Known Limitations

We are transparent about areas where we are still working to improve accessibility:

  • Some complex data visualizations (personality charts) may not be fully screen-reader accessible — we are actively developing text alternatives
  • AI chat interface keyboard navigation is being improved for smoother interaction
  • Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet WCAG standards
  • PDF exports of assessment results may have limited accessibility

3. Feedback & Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Zelfium platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.

Alternative formats are available upon request, including text-only assessment results and large print versions. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we will work with you to find an alternative way to access the information or functionality you need.

4. Remediation Plan

We are committed to continuously improving accessibility through the following measures:

  • Regular audits: Quarterly accessibility audits using automated tools, plus an annual manual audit by accessibility specialists
  • Automated testing: Accessibility testing integrated into our development pipeline (axe-core, Lighthouse)
  • Staff training: Ongoing training for our development team on accessibility best practices
  • Prioritized remediation: Identified issues are prioritized based on user impact and addressed systematically
  • Target: Full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance targeted by Q4 2026

5. Third-Party Content

Some features of the Zelfium platform rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processing, and AI chat functionality. We select vendors with a demonstrated commitment to accessibility.

When accessibility issues arise from third-party content, we report them to the respective vendors and track their resolution. If you experience any accessibility barriers related to third-party content on our platform, please contact us and we will assist you in finding an alternative solution.
