Fees Beyond the Listed Price
Use of this service requires an internet connection. Internet access fees and data communication charges are borne by the customer separately.

Payment Timing

Contract Period and Auto-Renewal
- Monthly Plan: The contract period is one month and will automatically renew each month unless cancellation is completed.
- Annual Plan: The contract period is one year and will automatically renew each year unless cancellation is completed.
To stop auto-renewal, please complete the cancellation process by the day before the next renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through either of the following methods:
- Through the account settings page within the service
- By email request to contact@zelfium.com
After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not accepted after service delivery has commenced.
- Monthly Plan: No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining period. You may continue to use the service until the end of the current month.
- Annual Plan: Pro-rated refunds for unused periods are available. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
- EU Consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, this right may be limited if service delivery has commenced with your explicit consent.
